This company called our customer only support line, then lied, and said this was a followup call, in an attempt to fool me into transferring the call (which is against our policy). After informing them I could not transfer the call - they called back 1 minute later, and hung up on me when they heard my voice. In my opinion, the lack of professionalism makes this a dangerous company to do business with. "
