I used to root my phone, customizing the OS and icons just to have that perfect look. My interest in fine arts grew my appreciation for aesthetics. I've always considered myself a maker and creator, making complicated Minecraft redstone circuits, Legos, origami X-wing fighters, and little robots that vibrated along. Later, I excelled at courses like math and physics in school due to the problem-solving and logical nature of them.

UX design is the culmination of my interests: art, creativity, building, technology, and problem solving! My engineering background has taught me to be an analytical systems thinker while my design experiences have allowed me to grow as a creative. When I pivoted into design, I first designed for a local charity before stumbling upon UX.

When I'm not designing virtual reality UIs or financial mapping software, I'm probably perfecting my desk setup or tending to my ever-dying plants. I love hip-hop and alternative music, playing Smash Bros, and Japanese garments!
