We were part of the Crown Royal Grand Sweepstakes Superbowl. Couldn't have asked for a better group than Avid Marketing. Amanda and Jill are the best. I'll be honest, when notified initially we thought it was a scam, but after calling Crown Royal and verification that Avid was real and once we actually spoke to them about the airline tickets we locked in and so glad we did. This prize was the absolute bucket list to attend the Superbowl with all the expenses covered and the Parties and all the different venues were fantastic. Jill attended all of the events with us, including meeting us at the hotel to setup the Parties and our tickets for the Superbowl including coming to the game with us. Opportunity of a lifetime. Don't bother with any of their "rebates", they're more like scams they automatically reject. Then when you contest it, you are met with platitudes that you will receive your rebate, which you then in turn have to hound them again for a week later. Pretty sad to see companies you like working with a group with such poor practices. "

I won a contest that was administered from avid Marketing Group. To get my prize, I had to fill out some paperwork and send over my driver's license. (A little extreme for a $25 prize..) I faxed it over 7 times and emailed it. They claimed they've never received it despite each of the faxes having a confirmation letter. Their only response was stock replies back even when I would reply asking if they received my fax. Point:if you use them for contests you're just going to piss off your customers who entered them, won, and now have to deal with this apparently incompetent staff. Big waste of my time. "
