In 1996, Ben joined Granada Television in the busy newsroom, becoming a producer in 1998. He went on to work for the BBC and Channel 4 before moving to work in ad agencies. In 2004 he joined PSAfilms as Executive Producer, then co-founded Beautiful Productions with Mercedes Crescenti in 2009
