BGS Headhunters is an executive search boutique with offices in Madrid, Spain and Miami, Florida. We fill executive and key-hire roles for mid-size and family-owned companies, and for the US operations of Spanish and Latin American groups.

How we work. Every search is run by a partner from the first call to the offer: the same person who sells the search runs it and interviews every candidate before presenting them. An in-house system of AI agents screens the full public market plus our own database against the exact criteria of the brief, scoring each profile on track record, sector, responsibility, languages and risk signals. Under 3% of screened profiles reach the shortlist, and only after a partner interview.

What clients receive. A short list of candidates who meet the brief, each with a written report that walks through the requirements one by one, plus interview impressions, compensation and availability. Shortlist in 5 to 10 days, two weeks at most.

Terms. Contingency only, no retainer. Minimum fee of $10,000 per search in Florida (4,000 EUR in Spain), invoiced in full on the candidate's start date. Free replacement search if the hire leaves within 3 months in Florida (6 months in Spain).

Track record. Since March 2026 our system has screened more than 30,000 profiles across searches in marketing, financial advisory, commodity trading, M&A, telecommunications, healthcare, sales leadership, renewable energy, real estate and construction. Over 90% of searches closed with a hire.
