To say that my experience working with this service was "dissatisfactory" is an understatement. The company I work for that had a (very expensive) subscription, has now cancelled their service.The customer service was pretty much non-existent. Sometimes a rep would get back to you... sometimes they wouldn't. My colleague recently received an email that, in a nutshell, stated that the issue she had around a month and a half earlier had not been a priority for them, so they chose not to answer and were closing the ticket as her event was now over.This past holiday season I was using the service for RSVPs to our staff parties. We had such an issue that I had to pivot and completely rebuild my RSVP sites using another service. Hours and hours of time were lost due to dealing with the useless customer service and then having to rebuild the sites and send out updated communications. It turns out that Bizzabo had cancelled our service which halted the use of my sites (even though I could still fully access the backend) because THEY had not provided us with an updated contract. The customer service rep was completely oblivious to this (I don't believe it was their fault... I believe their processes/systems are just that poor) and when I reached out to our account manager once all else had failed... not because I even knew that our account was frozen, just to try and get SOME customer service... we heard back about a WEEK later. There is no actual 24 hour support and it is all through chat/email- I requested about 5 times to get a direct number for customer support (specifically someone who could share my screen to walk through the error I was getting) and never received a response.I normally only focus on leaving positive reviews (very few negative), but I hope this review will stop a business owner from wasting their hard earned money on this service. We have given up on trying to use it, but I hope our experience can help someone else. This being said, if Bizzabo would like to provide a DETAILED response to this review on how they will be addressing the current issues with their service/systems, maybe they will be able to convince someone to try it. It sounds like (from the other reviews) that they treat their staff well, and their space looks very fancy and "Google"- like. I have been using it as a moderator on my last company event and the tool failed doing a recording which was literally the only thing I definitely needed.I could live with the situation, that some buttons weren't clickable and didn't react anymore, I have made it very simple already as I heard from colleagues that they were all struggeling with breakout rooms and the Apps in general. But the missing recording was the cherry on top, as all the created content is gone.--> You should definitely insert a functionality that, for a specific event type, the recording is saved automatically. - Similar to zooms webinar setup! This is crucial for big events.--> I won't host an event on this platform anytime soon and feel very sorry for the customers who couldn't join the session live.(Also crazy that there is no follow-up process with the participants possible. Bizzabo is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in my past 12 years of marketing. Their dedication to us as a client is exemplary. The build up to the deal was pleasant and co-operative. The training (although not really needed) was great. The software is brilliant and where it lacks to meet exactly our requirement (only few instances), Bizzabo has been great at making sure they help out.
