I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a second to shout out Brian for absolutely saving me from a full on tech disaster. A few days ago, I was working on a big project for my job when my PC completely crashed out of nowhere. I got one of those terrifying blue screens and then it just refused to boot back up. I tried everything I knew which was things like safe mode, rebooting, unplugging stuff, even watching a few YouTube video but man nothing worked. I was close to throwing in the towel and calling it a lssoe someone recommended this store. I had never heard of this store before, but apparently, its the go-to place in the area for anything computer-related. I reached out, kind of expecting him to be booked or too busy—but he actually responded pretty fasst and was super chill. Showed up with all the problems i had. The guy clearly knows his stuff. He took one look at my computer, asked me a few questions, and had already figured out the issue. (some things I didn’t fully understand, honestly wasnt paying attention lol)Long story shorthe got the system up and running again without losing any of my files. He even gave me a quick walkthrough of what went wrong, set me up with some tools to prevent it from happening again, and cleaned up a bunch of junk that was slowing everything down. My PC actually runs better now than it did before the crash.Brian was super professional, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and charged a really fair price considering how much he helped.
