I have never had a credit card from Citi-Bank. Only one bank in Ft Lauderdale. Went into this big beautiful building..walked in a gentleman asked what I needed. There were three people working..couldn't believe it..the phone kept ringing and ringing. Washington helped me very professional. I got approved. Now I'm trying to call and talking to a recording. Nobody ever picks up the phone even operator? I see all of the one stare..and it was shout the same issue..I recieved 0%-for 18mos..I can't do anything until someone picks up the phone!
