Citynet Reviews

Reviews from Google Maps are available on this profile.
I transferred my business phone from them months ago. Keeping their service would have cost me hundreds more on the month because they would have had to build out in the new location. I still haven’t gotten my phone number ported over to the new company. They don’t port easily like other companies. I am losing business and not getting my business phone calls and the issue still isn’t resolved months later. Their customer service never knows what is going on or how to help. "

We’ve had CityNet for about 8 months now. Very happy with it. A special “Thank you “ to technician Louis Carvelli. "

I would never do business with this company. I no longer needed their service so I canceled it and returned the equipment. Days after returning my equipment I received an email saying if I didn't return my equipment I was going to be charged. I had to email a copy of my receipt to prove I returned it. Then they took out a payment after I had canceled but I was told a check would be mailed out to me that day. After a couple weeks and no check, I called and was told there are steps involved and it's still being processed. It's been more than 3 weeks since I was told the check was being sent out and now I'm being told a check has been cut but it needs to be signed and it may be sent out on Monday. This is poor customer service if you ask me. Not only did they take money they shouldn't have but it's taken them more than a month to reimburse me. "
