Citytech was able to orchestrate a team to deal with a relaunch using 4.0.1 version of OpenCart, mind you many developers were skittish saying its "too new". Citytech pushed through and got it done. Let me tell you as a small business owner, get a team behind you to help you with your website, you cant do it yourself. This company is reasonable and adept. They will put in the hours and effort, they did it for me and I am just a nobody small timer, first time I hired them. I've got more ideas to further improve my website.
