My experience at Codexia Technologies was not very positive. While the company has potential in terms of projects and infrastructure, I faced consistent struggles with internal office politics and found the management to be unapproachable and, at times, arrogant. Constructive feedback wasn't welcomed, and the overall environment made it difficult to focus on growth or creativity.Throughout my time there, I noticed that raising valid concerns or asking for clarity was not welcomed — doing so often led to grudges instead of healthy discussion. You're treated well only as long as you stay silent.Additionally, the office environment itself was unsettling. Admin staff and office boys would frequently shout at each other, creating a stressful atmosphere. I sincerely hope the company works on building a more transparent, respectful, and professional culture for its employees. "

I joined Codexia Technology in 2024 as a Flutter mobile application developer, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. It's been months now since I joined Codexia Technologies. The staff(HRs specially) and overall management is very cooperative with employees. Everyone is treated equally with respect. There is no office politics and proper work-life balance is given.Fortunately I've got the chance to directly work with the CEO Sir ALI and I have learned a lot from him and will be learning a lot in the future as well.Looking forward to spending some good time here. "
