I worked as a contractor at CompuCom, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The company provides an unprofessional and unsafe work environment where concerns about harassment and inappropriate behavior are completely ignored.During my time at the company, I experienced unprofessional conduct from an administrative clerk, Tiffany Loving. She made highly inappropriate and offensive comments about military members, specifically stating that NAVY and Air Force members are Raped. I reported this incident to my supervisor, Joe Juergen, hoping for support and to see the matter addressed. However, I never received any response or reassurance that the behavior was unacceptable. Instead of addressing the situation, I was terminated without any explanation or reasoning. Stating the Admin(Clerk) is more valuable than the IT person. Joe Juergens lack of response to my concerns and failure to take appropriate action created a toxic and hostile work environment. It became clear that my discomfort and complaints were disregarded, and I was retaliated against for speaking up. Instead of fostering a safe and respectful workplace, the company allowed unprofessional behavior to persist, while I, as a contractor, was terminated for raising valid concerns.This experience has left me frustrated and disheartened, especially given my military background, which made the comments from Tiffany even more hurtful. The lack of support from leadership and the unjust firing only further highlighted how little the company values its employees' well-being and concerns.I would strongly advise caution to anyone considering working with CompuCom, as it seems that management is indifferent to employee concerns and will take no action to create a respectful or professional work environment. "
