  As one of the original founders of CIS, Mr. Hershman has been instrumental in all facets of CIS growth, assuming the role of President in July of 2016. Mr. Hershman has taken a hands-on role in growing CIS as a world-wide force in the identity and access management space.

  Richard Swinyard

  Managing Partner & CFO

  Adding an international flair to the organization, Richard brings more than 16 year's financial and commercial experience in technology, professional services, media, and telecommunications sectors. Richard has a BSc(Hons) from the University of Warwick Business School.

  Rob Rawson

  Chief Identity Access Officer

  Rob came to CIS after spending 18 years at Novell, where he helped found and later led their consulting program. He was one of the earliest adopters of Novell's Identity Management technologies. Some of the largest and most complex of these IAM solutions were architected by Rob.

  Geoffrey is world renowned for his superior knowledge and experience, and is a true global thought-leader in Identity and Access Management concepts. He also wrote the book on the concept. Literally. He is the author of over 350 articles on topics spanning the IDM world.

  ndrew brings nearly thirty years of management experience over a wide array of industries to the CIS team. He spent nearly twenty-five years in the financial field, which honed his speed as he worked to solve problems and maximize efficiency and speed of service.

  Ed is CIS lead program manager for the Identity and Access Management practice. Ed has 20+ years experience as an Infrastructure manager, windows server\exchange services manager, and desktop services manager.

  Mr. Fama came to CIS circa 1999. Since doing so, he has led our infrastructure and security team and has received countless accolades from our clients. Anthony does much traveling giving awareness training and security program training for all CIS clients.
