CMS has been the IT company for my small business for a couple of years now. They been spot on with their service. They have always been able to resolve our issues even if they had to work with some of our other vendors to resolve issues with our proprietary software. took the computer in for a windows 10 upgrade. i was told 1 to 2 days. I called on the 3rd day to find out what was going on. The technician got back to me and said he was in the process.. Was told the next day that he could not upgrade. ok. no problem. He asked if I wanted a Quote on a new computer. I said yes. I waited another 3 business days and had to call to ask about it.. When i got the quote I had several questions. Iwas told that Kurt would get back to me.. I waited another 2 days with no response. I just went and picked up the tower. I would give them zero stars but this doesn't allow me..I will not be using their services again "

They are absolutely fabulous to deal with and very professional. I highly recommend them for service and repairs. Pricing is very reasonable as well!Edit: Went back to see if my review posted.
