Unico Connect

Unico Connect has been an exceptional development partner in helping us build PLCY, our AI governance and runtime policy-enforcement platform. From the beginning, their team took the time to understand not only what we wanted to build, but also the security architecture, governance requirements, workflows, and enterprise use cases behind the product. What impressed me most was their ability to take our security designs and technical workflows and translate them into a functional, scalable platform. PLCY requires much more than traditional software development it involves AI governance, policy enforcement, data protection, model and regional routing, auditability, and enterprise-grade security controls. UnicoConnect approached these requirements thoughtfully and worked closely with us to turn complex concepts into a real product. Their team has been responsive, collaborative, technically capable, and willing to work through difficult architectural and product challenges with us. They have treated the engagement like a true partnership rather than simply a development project. As a founder, it is extremely valuable to have a technology partner that understands the vision while also being able to execute on the details. Unico Connect has played an important role in helping bring PLCY from architecture and security designs into a working AI governance platform. I would highly recommend UnicoConnect to companies building sophisticated SaaS, AI, security, or enterprise software products. "

Unico built our Order Management System across two operating companies and integrated it with Bringg for dispatch. The hard part wasn't the software, it was the business logic we run on-demand, multi-stop, scheduled contract, and distribution work across multiple markets, and the pricing exceptions that used to live in our people's heads are now configured in the system. Order intake, dispatch, commissions and billing are one flow instead of three, and our team reviews work rather than reconstructing it. What set Unico apart was their willingness to learn how a courier and freight business actually operates instead of fitting us to a template. We worked with a dedicated team on the Unico side - a project lead, developers, and QA with direct access throughout rather than everything routed through an account manager. We've engaged them for phase two. "

We had a great experience working with Unico team for our Google Workspace migration and account setup. The entire process was smooth and well-managed. The team was extremely supportive, responsive, and guided us at every step, making what could have been a complex transition feel effortless. Highly recommend their services. "

We engaged with Unico for website design and front-end coding for the same. It was a good experience overall. Initially we faced some issues which were resolved and the team mates for coding were great, had good knowledge and were able to deliver as per our expectations. "

We have been working with Unico for over 5 years now. Very happy with their services and responsiveness. They are very customer-centric in their approach. We moved away from a larger firm to Unico, since this mid-size has a very cooperative engagement which worked well for us. Recommend them to anyone in Seed to Series B stage. "

We had an excellent experience working with Unico Connect on a MedTech project (telemedicine in Germany) for over a year. The collaboration was professional and highly effective from start to finish. Their team demonstrated strong technical expertise, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality results. It was a great partnership, and we would gladly work with them again! "

They built our new website www.highflyers.media using Weblfow. Our Wordpress website www.reverbico.com was upgraded and they continue to maintain and troubleshoot both sites if any issue arises. They completed all tasks on time, and if there is an issue that needs to be fixed they do it within 24 hours. Their customer service is fantastic. They are very personable and responsive to all requests. "

We were able to meet timelines for onboarding new clients and introducing new features. We work as a team, providing project oversight. Unico, were able to coordinate resources to meet our timeframe. They were able to provide very capable resources that got up to speed very quickly. "

UNICO Connect, had an incredibly meticulous approach from day 1. Prior to even onbaording the team was extremely clear on the task on hand which was done so by gaining clarity from us over multiple introductory calls which set the expectation right for both parties in terms of SOW.The detail taken in developing clear wireframes to drive a de-cluttered and a clean UIUX journey for the end user of our product was clearly understood from day 1 and SAM did a phenomenal job in doing so by building great product pages for various sections.Anurag from the UNICO Team was in charge of integrating the back-end APIs into the front end and was instrumental in ensuring that our back-end team that worked closely with Anurag and the UNICO front-end team, had a clear understanding of our logic that was being written. The importance of this was paramount to deliver accurate data for our users "
