I needed to have AdWords advertising to increase our online sales for my shoe store. I contacted Compuvate with 3 other agencies for a proposal. While the other agencies just sent me a proposal based on the information I sent them, Samuel called me to ask questions about my project and business. I’m not sure if he’s the owner of the company but his title says president. He was very keen to know the nature of my business, my advertising goals and any experience I’ve had in the past. I was amazed how interested he was to know more about my business. He patiently explained to me how we should approach the project and what should be our expectations. Then he said they’re going to put a proposal together based on everything we discussed and the research they are going to do. And he asked me to contact him directly anytime if I have any question or something come to mind. He said even if it’s not related to the proposal I requested, if there is anything about digital marketing or my business I think he many have answers or suggestions to let me reach out to him. Two days later, he call to let me know the proposal is ready and he’ll like for us to review it together. He sent the proposal, call me on the phone and go over every single detail and answer all my questions. Right there I know I was going to go with this company. I thought if he’s this interested in my business and making sure I understand what’s going on and what will be done, he will give attention to my campaign. I and my partner were sure of our decision. I later called to let him know we going to secure their service. He was so kind and appreciative over the phone assuring me we made the right choice. This guy is so sweet and listen well!!!!Then came the surprise. He said “we’re ready to run your campaign if you’re ready to sign an agreement today”. I asked how is that possible? He said; while they were doing the research and putting together a proposal, they were building my campaign at the same time. That blew my mind! If this guys are willing to put the work on my project even before I choose them, there is no doubt now on my mind that we choose right. My campaign was started and the results from the start were mind blowing. In the proposal I was to have an estimate of about 55 clicks for my daily budget. I couldn’t believe I got clicks almost double that number from day one. Cost per click were so low. They told me because the campaign quality scores were very good. A day after my campaign was started, Samuel call to let me know he will like to stop by at our store to meet with us in person and get an eye view of our business. He stopped by the following day and gave me many marketing ideas. I really appreciated that. I’ve been very pleased my AdWords advertising doing very well orders coming in every day.I’m not sure of other agencies out there, but I can guarantee you the guys at this agency are good and very caring.
