Covalen Reviews
Reviews from Google Maps are available on this profile.
Had an interview with them, I was nervous, the recruiters are a joke, very unprofessional and will laugh at your answers. The interview itself and how they handle it says a lot about the company, give it a good thought before applying there. Worst interview experience I ever had. "Simona's Review Sourced from Google
It's good place to work, everyone is kind and my colleagues are really nice people. You should be careful if you want to apply for working permission visa. The base salary is set below the work permit limit.(They paid bonus and shift allowance but it's excluded base salary) My recruiter said company can help to apply working permission, but actually HR can't help anything so I had to leave company. If you have correct type of visa, it's a best place to work. "Masashi Matsubayashi's Review Sourced from Google
I would advise anyone considering a job at Covalen to think carefully. The company has significant issues with micromanagement and favoritism, which can make the work environment quite challenging. The salaries are notably low, especially given the workload and expectations. It feels like the company takes advantage of Dublin’s competitive job market, leaving many employees feeling stuck with limited alternatives. While there are some genuinely good colleagues, many keep quiet because they know that speaking up won’t lead to any meaningful change. If you’re in urgent need of a job, this might be a short-term solution, but don’t expect much in terms of career growth or professional respect. You might gain some experience working on large-scale projects for a well-known company, but that’s about it.Promotions don’t seem to be based on skills or merit. Instead, they appear to be influenced by favoritism and social connections. If you’re not part of the right social circles, advancing here can be very difficult. Additionally, some team leads and QAs, once promoted, tend to micromanage, which can make the work environment even more stressful.Overall, while there are a few positives, the workplace culture and lack of fair opportunities make it hard to recommend Covalen for long-term career growth. I do not recommend working here, it felt like a waste of time, it was underpaid, I made no savings, and the job itself with tickets was extremely, extremely boring. The atmosphere is extremely claustrophobic also "Work Email's Review Sourced from Google
It was a nice company to work, got good experiences and friends from different countries. :) "Sviatlana Rubtsova's Review Sourced from Google
