Cube Therapy Billing, LLC Reviews
Reviews from DesignRush are available on this profile.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with CUBE Therapy Billing. Before signing on, I spoke with the owner, Tad M., and clearly explained that my prior billing company had major issues with delayed responses, poor follow-up, and lack of urgency with time-sensitive billing and credentialing matters. Unfortunately, after signing up, I only spoke with him once at the beginning and have not heard from him since, despite multiple issues. The staff I have interacted with often do not appear to have strong working knowledge of U.S. billing systems or Nevada Medicaid processes. Calls often feel more like speaking with an outsourced call center than a specialized ABA billing and credentialing company.CUBE has been reactive rather than proactive. For example, with a business address update, they submitted incomplete documentation, waited for the denial, then informed me more documents were needed. A billing company should know what is required and submit complete requests the first time.Client transfers were another major issue. When two clients needed FA-29 transfers from another agency, CUBE repeatedly sent generic responses telling me to have the caregiver complete the form or contact the previous agency. They did not call Nevada Medicaid to clarify the denial reason or resolve the issue. I had to call Medicaid myself, identify the error, and submit the correction.Communication has also been poor. They sent generic emails about scheduling 1:1 meetings, I provided availability, and no meeting was scheduled. A month later, I received the same generic email again.Their advertised tracker has not worked for any of our clients. Requests often take a week to be received, adjusted, and followed up on. They also sent a generic parent form that still said ABA THERAPY instead of reflecting my practice, which was unprofessional. "Project Name: CUBE Experience with ABA practice
