As a client here for many years, the service has unfortunately taken a very bad turn in recent years... the individual we worked with at Denman mishandled our return on multiple occasions and cost us a significant amount of money in extra taxes, interest and fees.In one instance, Denman provided incorrect advice and prepared our return incorrectly. We were told they were already talking with the state about it. When I followed up myself with the state several months later, the state said they had no record of Denman reaching out to them and I had to handle it myself-paying significantly for the incorrect advice and return.In another instance, despite turning all our information to the firm by their deadline for on-time filing, they did not file it on time, did not communicate the intention to file an extension and didn't file our return until several months later (after I requested it multiple times). Additionally, the estimates for our taxes were wildly wrong and they missed tax credit opportunities we specifically asked them to look into during the preparation.Upon escalating these and other issues to a partner at Denman, there was no response from the individual we worked with and no consideration given in our billing, despite paying a significant amount in extra taxes, interest and fees for Denman's mistakes. "
