I can really only speak on my experience with this company, they are expensive no doubt, especially considering if you felt like you had to pay your blackmailers before speaking with this company. I really can’t complain with how Allan Troyo lead me through the steps, very reassuring and comforting. At times I did get a little impatient with the response times but I can honestly blame the situation for that. They pushed me up to the front of the queue once I informed them that my situation was getting worse and they took care of it immediately, and the report came soon after. I did get the phase 2 services which gave me a lot of peace of mind, but like I said it is pricey. "

The initial team member that took my case Justine Gorgonia was terrible in our conversation on the phone. She was rude, didn't listen to what I had to say, and was dismissive of my case early in the conversation. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
