Richard Dukas
Chairman & CEO
With more than 30 years of PR experience, he has held managerial and executive-level positions at small, mid-sized, and large NYC-based agencies, including industry leaders Ruder-Finn and Financial Dynamics. Prior to DLPR, was director of communications at a $9B asset manager.

Gail is active behind-the-scenes, managing the firm’s accounting, HR department, and quality control. Prior to DLPR, she ran her own copywriting consultancy. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Gail received a B.A. degree with a major in general literature and creative writing from University Binghamton

Senior Vice President
Shree develops and implements campaigns for institutional and retail asset managers. He has managed campaigns for a variety of high-profile companies, including: Raymond James, Eaton Vance, Schwab Advisor Services and Russell Investments. Previously, he was a supervisor at The Neibart Group.
Zach Leibowitz
Executive Vice President
Zach leads the agency’s broadcast group, which secures an average of 60 segments/month on major financial networks. Previously, he was a guest booker and producer for Fox Business Network and was an on-air broadcast journalist and producer for ESPN.
Zach Kouwe
Senior Vice President
Zach helps lead DLPR’s asset management practice, working closely with the highest profile clients, including hedge funds, private equity firms and activist investors. Zach joined DLPR after nearly a decade as a financial journalist, most recently for The New York Times.

Stephanie provides clients with a West Coast presence and manages a group comprised of asset managers, wealth managers, banks and professional services companies. Previously, she served in marketing communication roles at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and International Strategy & Investment.
