Dyrand did IT for our company, but when we split up, they left our laptops with several barriers so we cannot even change basic settings on our computers - EVEN when we try to hard reset.Every time we call to ask for assistance, they just say they can’t help, and our laptops are potentially a lost cause.They have no desire to help, and I do not recommend trusting a company like this with your business.For example, we cannot fresh restart our computers because we require a “bit locker” code, but they never gave us any login info. And now that we want it removed, they say they can’t help.I will update this review if they ever help, but this has been months of not being able to change settings on our computers.If the Dyrand team is reading this, please at least try to assist, or this review will remain.So far you have not tried to help at all. "
