We used Everpeak Partners in 2022 to assist with optimizing our Salesforce license. Our experience was suboptimal, and I would not recommend utilizing this SF consultant for project work. It appears to be under new management so am hopeful for a better experience for new clients.2024 March- We had a small engagement with Everpeak under the new management team, and they were exceptional to work with. I was happy to upgrade my previous review to 5 stars. "

If I had to distribute the stars, I would give it to the genuine employees of Everpeak Partners. However, Oliver and all upper management of the company, I can’t give a single positive rating. We were charged for a 40 hour service that cost more than our Salesforce platform for titles to be changed. That is literally all we received from this company - and I went in to adjust things later on. We asked to be connected to Quickbooks Desktop and Outlook but we weren’t given that as well. When the software engineer’s work was reset internally, we were billed for that time to revisit that as well. This company is unethical, does not listen to their customers, is not upfront and honest with their customers. The rates are astronomical. Highly recommend staying far away from this company and Salesforce since they recommended them to us. Everpeak Partners / Oliver Sholder was recommended to us by Salesforce. We have worked with our Consultant Eason Recto from the beginning submitting requirements and implementing changes for our business processes.Eason is truly a SALESFORCE EXPERT!!! Not only does he listen to our business needs but also makes us aware of functionality within SF to steer us in the right direction.I don’t think there has been anything he was not able to develop / implement!Eason is flexible in attending meetings and prompt in replying to our communications. He adds additional value by creating training materials that can be used for our end users.I know he has a team behind him providing support if needed. The support, service and handholding that Everpeak offered during the implementation of SalesForce for Orthopedic Outfitter’s was top of the line. Everpeak offered navigation to the foreign land of CRM, as we explored the new territory.
