I rarely write public reviews, but this must be said, for the sake of every property owner, of every entrepreneur, and intentional host who are building something real and who value integrity, clarity, and their time.I partnered with Extenteam based on what was promised to me during their sales calls: onboarding support, clear guidance, and a sense of partnership in growing my vacation rental business. I trusted them... but what I encountered was the complete opposite. After signing the contract and making payment, I was handed over to a process that lacked soul, clarity, or true support. The initial onboarding call was rushed, impersonal, and disconnected, despite the heavy complexity of their systems. No real listening or clarity at all. What was sold as high-level support felt more like being handed a manual and told: “Good luck.” When I raised concerns to their team, I was met not with solutions, but with an immediate termination of their services. The company canceled my contract unilaterally, without ever taking responsibility or accountability for the misalignment between their promises and their actual process.Whether you are a property owner, an entrepreneur, or a visionary, if you ever raise concerns to Extenteam, be 100% sure that they will kick you out immediately and terminate you unilaterally. They hate accountability.To future hosts considering this company: do not confuse their initial sales pitches with their real operations. Your business deserves better. Do not confuse their 5-star reviews here on Google reviews either: Sinan Inceer, the so-called Head of Tailwind Operations, is the employee who sent me the termination e-mail.
