Founded in 2000 by Jason T. Roff, First Factory is a nearshore software development company with headquarters in New York City and over 200 software engineers located in Heredia, Costa Rica. Our remote team works throughout the United States. With our current staffing model, we are large enough to take on multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while still being small enough to establish personalized relationships with each client.
