I have read the previous reviews and find myself scratching my head. Not only have I been dealing with Genatec for well over 10 years but had occasion to use their services just this past week. I have used them in both my professional office and in my business. Their employees (and this includes Sam) have always been courteous and more than helpful. My problems have always been resolved quickly and efficiently and cost effectively.....even to the point of purchasing my recent laptop from them at a price competitive with the large retail outlets. "
