Our work sits at the intersection of high-stakes environments and real usability. A pharmacist processing 300 prescriptions under time pressure. A port operator managing freight at 3am. A factory technician configuring laser machinery mid-shift. These are the users we design for and the gap between controlled UX testing and what actually happens in the field is exactly where we focus.
