Used them for a Year and realized later why not so good -------a) deliberate ignorance of time tracking software , where they say it system auto clocks out and then found it doesn't and then found overcharged 20+ hours -----------b) No control over Employees losing Laptops - which one of them did and as of right now we cant confirm but we have seem several patients Medicare IDs Frauded. Have used Hello Rache VHA's for 5 years now, and in two different businesses. The pool of candidates is relatively small when you need to hire one but, the quality of the candidates is good. I have hired over 10 different VHA at this time and their work ethic is fantastic. They perform great and have impress our patients and staff over the years.
