Following an extensive audit of Pembroke's digital presence, I discovered that it had a fractured ecosystem, which wasn't aligned to the business priorities. I searched within the US, UK and Europe for an agency that had the understanding of working with a global company, which catered to multiple audiences in different locations, each of which had different objectives from the website.The brief was explicit, we required the assistance to create a new website and digital strategy, based on existing data, as well as provide a solution that was flexible enough to align with websites that had to remain and smooth out the customer journey and user experience.Hex's response to the brief was exactly what we were looking for.
