While nice people, I never felt my business was appreciated. Despite a hefty bill, I haven’t felt confident with the service I was provided as I have had continuing tax issues that were to be resolved with little to no communication let alone assistance. I had an initial meeting with a cpa who came recommended and was pawned off to an assistant who did help greatly through initial confusion but after the return process was “completed” I feel written off as Ive received more notices from what was to be a resolved tax year. Im sure they do good work as my parents have been satisfied with them but unless they’re handling or see you have substantial finances, you’re nothing to them. "
