Very disorganized. No training . Sporadic project work. And no room for growth . Leadership isn’t fully engaged on what’s going on.No teams , no managers , no structure , but expect you to follow certain metrics that change when the managers decide they want to . Company has been around for 5 years and there is not a clear or working ATS system . "

By far the worst recruiting group I've ever had to "work" with. Completely disorganized and poor (no) communication. They harassed my references and myself, continued to check my references after I made it clear I did not want to engage with them and referred to me as "a deal that they need to get done" on calls with them more than once. I wish I had known how unprofessional they were before wasting my colleagues' -and my - time. Avoid at all costs. "
