This company has gone downhill something awful. You can’t reach a human locally by phone, follow up is scarce when dealing with there call center and when our sales specialist quit, we were never notified and there was no kick back on his email. His office phone was still accepting message so it appeared he still worked there and wasn’t returning communication so not only did we not know but it made that person look as if they were still there but not doing their job. Our printer is supposed to auto order toner when it is low as the company promised. This never happens, which leave our printer unusable and we have to call a service number and speak with a call center in another country with no way to reach local support. The customer service rep said that they would have someone deliver toner that day. We have yet to get toner and are going on 3 days without the ability to print.
