Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer. "

I had the best customer service experience from a woman named Kimberly , she definitely helped me out a great deal with my insurance questions , I appreciate the efficient and professionalism this company and employees (Kim F) I love to call in for help !! Outstanding !!! "

This company is definitely not an Equal Opportunity Employer!If I was able to rate this company Zero Stars I definitely would.To start off, they had me interview for a remote position based in customer service without even having a proper start date. When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer.After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer.When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?!It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense.I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living.I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance.Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards! "

One of my close friend interviewed for this company. It was so bad for her as HR called and just rejected her without giving any reason. While the other HR promised her assured offer letter who went on leaves. Stop playing with people emotions like this. Or at least leave people with proper feedback so they can improve. "
