I am a doctor that regularly needs interpretation services for non-English speaking patients. Unfortunately I have found this company to be inconsistent at best in providing reliable interpreters. Some of the problems I have had include interpreters not showing up, showing up 20-30 minutes late, someone other than the requested interpreter showing up, staff refusing to help me schedule for an interpreter, etc. Overall things work fine about 60-70% of the time. It's the other 30-40% that have caused so much frustration that I have stopped using their services. I tried to report these problems to their operational manager (Laura) but I am still waiting to get a response back after leaving several messages and waiting several weeks. "
