Jaycon was an incredible partner to have while launching our first hardware product. I asked for an impossible (less than 3 weeks) injection mold production schedule running through both Christmas and New Year's, and they got it done. Jaycon was a critical factor in the commercialization of a product that I created. As a startup it is very difficult to get the attention of a major manufacturer to even provide a quote. Manufacturers that specifically service start ups are better, but getting support to optimize the product for manufacturing is another level. This is where Jaycon excelled. I worked with one Jaycon design engineer so he understood my product. He suggested a change to the design while maintaining the same function to lower my manufacturing cost to one third of the quote that I already had to manufacturer the product how I originally designed it. This design of manufacturability was the service that I very much needed to bring the Device Caddy to market.
