*Updated review*I wanted to update my previous review.After the issues with my order and the long delay, the team eventually reprinted my photo books and sent them again. The new books have now arrived and everything is in order.The quality of the books is really beautiful — I already own a few from previous orders and I have always been happy with them, which is also why this order mattered to me.I do have to say that the communication during the problem was not ideal and I had to actively reach out several times before the situation was properly resolved. However, once I got in contact with the support team, they did take responsibility, reprinted the order, and made sure it was delivered.In the end, the issue was resolved and I’m happy to finally have the books. I hope that future orders will go more smoothly, because the product itself is really lovely and I would like to be able to order again with confidence.*Old review*Order Not Dispatched, No Real Customer SupportI am extremely disappointed with my current experience.I have ordered from this company before and all of my previous orders arrived without any issues. That’s actually why this situation is so surprising and frustrating for me — until now, I was happy and satisfied.However, I placed an order on February 8 with an estimated delivery date of February 17, and today is February 25. The tracking status still says: “We are waiting for the package handover,” which means the parcel has not even been handed over to the carrier.I contacted Packeta/Zásilkovna directly, and they confirmed that the parcel has NOT been handed over to them at all.I have tried reaching customer support multiple times via the help center, Instagram, and even by phone, but I only receive automated replies or no response. My calls are not being answered, and I have not received a clear explanation from a real person.I genuinely wanted to continue ordering and become a loyal long-term customer, especially because my previous experiences were positive. But this situation and the lack of communication are very disappointing and concerning.I simply want transparency and a clear explanation of where my order actually is. "

App was easy to use. My book was good quality. Customer service was excellent. My book was delayed at customs and they reprinted and sent me another book at no extra charge. Going to make another book soon! "

Despite ordering in time for Christmas, the order is stuck in their distribution system and will not arrive. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of ability control their distribution network. They have not communicated well about this. They only offered a $20 credit against future orders, despite offering a larger 20% discount ( equals approx $40)to NEW buyers ! Very disappointed in the service. "
