L.A. Translation and Interpretation

Called to get a quote on translation of 3 birth certificates and was quoted $360 (way overpriced). Looked into other places and was quoted $90 so I called and spoke to Jay, I asked how come price was so much more and he could not explain, but said he could do it for the $90 and to send doccuments. Sent documents and did not get a call back so I called and asked to speak to Jay, but Jenny confirmed she received email, and cost was $360 I told her Jay gave me a different quote, she was not pleased I was quote less than $360 and gave me the run around and I was not able to speak to Jay. I kept getting placed on hold and had to keep calling and now they have my sensitive doccuments. Very frustrating. Terrible service. You can get the same service else were for much less. "

Needed help translating 1970 Korean birth certificate papers into English. Dropped in to the 2nd floor office and the documents were translated while we took lunch. Very nice and very grateful. Advice: ask for a cost estimate before deciding. Our paid fee was very reasonable. "
