I’ve worked with Leadable on a few occasions and evaluate partnerships like this on two levels:1) What they are like to work with, and2) The results they generate.1.On both occasions, irrespective of the fact that we are a Smaller Business (55 people) with one of the lower financial commitments, they still invested a significant amount of time in really getting to know our business and our client profile. They set up regular connection points that allowed us to adapt along the way (which we did multiple times).2.The results: The first time around, they were really solid and created tangible opportunities (closed business or otherwise for a service like this - I don’t believe that is their job). The question is, can they get the right profile of lead to the table? Two out of three times, they did. Not every campaign is going to be a slam dunk. The second engagement yielded less, but if I had our time again, would I have changed what we did? No!Fundamentally anyone considering investing into this (whether with Leadable or someone else), this is not an exact science or a guarantee of business - you’re probably doing this as your solution is either; hard to sell, or find it’s natural market, so don’t go into this expecting miracles.What you will 100% get is as follows:a) People who know the sector and will challenge your previous assumptions.b) Practices you will likely mirror and implement long term, whether that is through further work with them or by hiring. We opted to hire in the end and teach them what Leadable had been doing - it just made more sense commercially, but if anything is a validation of the “what” vs a criticism of the “what”.The type of work is a long play, so make sure you’re going in to this with the right mindset Unless your sitting on the next ChatGPT type opportunity, don’t expect millions overnight. "
