When I raised legitimate concerns about fair pay and accurate title alignment, I was met with stonewalling, gaslighting, and eventually locked out of all systems without explanation.To make matters worse, they tried to coerce me into admitting to something I never did—accusing me of violating policy based on a conversation that was actually initiated by the client and originally brought up by Milestone leadership themselves.The internal culture is fractured, uncommunicative, and driven by fear and favoritism.
