This company's terrible wifi system that they had us install at our hotel is complete garbage. They used our existing infrastructure and replaced all the access points. We continually have connection issues with our guests even though the heat map provided by these guys showed great coverage in those areas. Their 24/hr customer tech line is a joke. Guests have to leave a voice mail after hours. All of my issues have fallen on deaf ears and the final nail in the coffin was the loss of a $55,000 contract because the vetting agent experienced poor internet signal. I should sue these people.
