Good quality boxes. No issue there. However, the customer service is very bad and the team on WhatsApp and on phone calls are mostly rude. They speak like they are doing you a favour. Their handling of logistics and their logistic partners is also not great. Director and team make promises to support and make up for issues with previous issues, then don’t come through or want to charge for the same. Frustrating company to deal with as the production/creative side is solid but the commercial side makes you want to pull your hair out. "

My order experience was bad. But some how I got the boxes I ordered. I paid 14rs with shipping for a box that i could get for 6-8rs. Just because I wanted to work with a sustainable company but when I received my boxes wrapped in huge amount of plastic I lost it. Crazy how ppl use sustainable just to earn brownie points.Box Quality is good. Sustainable? Nope. "
