I got to work at MSI through friends who recommended me. Trust me i have years of customer service but nothing could’ve prepared me for what would follow after the trainings. At first the trainings were okay then they started to change our trainers (3times). With us being used to our first trainer, the 2 that followed were so angry and rude with us because apparently we “don’t know anything”. We told them how our first trainer trained us and even though they realized it wasn’t our fault they were too far gone to apologize for all the colleagues they had fired on the excuse of them not knowing anything (we were already 2weeks in so you can’t just change everything in a few days). I’m the only one who decided to stay after training because i was actually in need of the job but if i had a choice i would’ve left a few weeks in. The work they say you’ll do in interviews, the hours they promise you, most of it is not accurate. They fired 2 depts when i was still working there and started retraining us on what the ones they let go were doing without a raise! I thought that was the end but they continued adding more things i never agreed to do for the same amount hourly. I was taking and making calls for 2 companies we worked for in my dept (0/10 dept btw). Tracking notes for 2 companies, upselling on every call (mandatory) when they have a whole sales team i don’t understand why. A friend who still works there told me they have added new trainings for those who already work there when the company has a dept that specifically specializes in that ( can’t say it sorry), it’s upsetting to keep on adding things someone never accepted for the same paying rate $17 and expect them to just go along with it. No benefits literally the whole time i worked there. Trainers are so rude to agents and gaslight you for saying the truth. I would never recommend this company unless i want you to suffer honestly. It’s just not worth it, unless you ABSOLUTELY need money. They should be ashamed of how many agents they lose per week because of how they treat them. "

The absolute worst place you could ever work at. Every 5 star review they have on Indeed and other platforms are paid reviews. These people would refuse you to take a day off work for a funeral and you've been with the company for 3 years all because they can't find someone to cover. The atmosphere is extremely toxic and no one wants to work there. A lot of the supervisors are power trippers, and they only promote you based on peer popularity or nepotism. Each departments task is extremely monotonous. Avoid this place at all cost. "
