The NorthBuilt team was incredibly easy to work with. We were using an antiquated, proprietary ASP based, learning management system that needed support and eventually replacement. Within a couple weeks of bringing their team onboard they had fixed the issues that were creating the most prevalent errors.Fixing the existing errors bought us the time we needed to built a replacement. We, of course, engaged the Northbuilt team to help up with that massive project. Because they had been supporting our legacy system they knew what functionalities we needed and also suggested several others that have made our lives much easier. We've gotten rave reviews from our customers, all of whom use the LMS that NorthBuilt created for us.Honestly I can't say enough positive things about this team. This was a massive undertaking for us. They were highly responsive when we needed assistance. They are a fairly small team, but we never saw any capacity issues.
