In 2012, SRG embarked on a quest to explore alternative near-shore sources of primary software development talent. Our goal was to establish a world-class technical capability that combines cultural and communication symbiosis with our US-based customers. We were committed to delivering excellence in software while maintaining the cost advantage of offshore rates. It was a demanding set of criteria to meet!

After careful consideration, we identified sunny Portugal as an optimal and underutilized source for top-notch tech talent. In 2013, our founder, Dave Wesley, relocated to Porto, Portugal, and built a team of exceptionally skilled development partners and resources.

Over time, this team has grown to over 50 talented individuals, including developers, systems architects, designers, business analysts, scrum masters, project managers, quality assurance specialists, systems integration specialists and development experts.

By combining the expertise of SRG's US-based team with our integrated European team, we have successfully revived struggling offshore projects, created new products and applications and left our customers satisfied.
