Hires for positions that do not exist. Imagine going through 2 sets of final interviews for 2 positions over the course of 2+ months that do not workout. In the offer stage for the second one, fed breadcrumbs for 2 weeks only to then be told the position no longer exists through email. Not even the courtesy of a call.
