OpenRateLab is an email marketing agency for DTC and e-commerce brands. We specialize in email strategy, copywriting, and campaign management that drives measurable revenue. Our work covers the full email lifecycle: welcome sequences, abandoned cart and checkout flows, post-purchase series, winback campaigns, and promotional sends. Every email is built around a clear conversion goal — from the subject line to the CTA. We work across Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, SendGrid, and MailPoet, so we fit your existing stack. Currently managing 22 active accounts across beauty, apparel, health, and consumer goods, we bring a systematic approach that consistently outperforms industry benchmarks on open rates, click rates, and email-attributed revenue. If your email program is not generating the revenue it should, we can fix that.
