Promised coaching support, then completely ghosted after 24 hours.I was contacted by Audrey because I had applied to a position posted by Options on LinkedIn. Audrey gave me the usual spiel about how I had such great skills, and that they had me in mind for a few other roles. One portion of the role that Audrey and I were speaking about required testing. Audrey informed me that it would be difficult, however, if I didn't do so well, they would be open to giving me some coaching. It was also mentioned that this testing wasn't a great representation of the work that I would do, if successful.It turns out I didn't meet the threshold on the testing, and stated to Audrey that I felt I could do better. I didn't hear back until the next day, and I was told that I didn't meet the standards. Okay, that's understandable. But, I followed up and asked about coaching and received no response. It's been several weeks now, and I haven't heard back from Audrey since. Not to mention, I was rejected from a very basic, entry-level job posted by Options very soon after.From the initial call, to being ghosted took only one day. I've secured employment elsewhere, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere for recruitment services that actually follow through on their commitments. "
