Out2China is a China-based HR services firm helping international companies hire, pay and manage people in China. We work with companies that have no local entity yet, and with those that have just registered one and need payroll, banking and compliance running before their first hire starts.
Our services cover the full employment lifecycle: employer of record (EOR) and PEO, recruitment and RPO, executive search, payroll and social insurance administration, individual income tax filing, HR compliance advisory, company registration support, and office lease and expense administration.
In our standard arrangement, our own licensed Chinese company is the employer; some assignments use a local partner, and we confirm the employer before onboarding. Clients come from Australia, the United Kingdom, continental Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States, and typically employ between one and ten people in China.
Every contract, payslip and policy is produced in English and Chinese, so overseas management and local employees work from the same document. Typical engagements include employing a first China hire through EOR, recruiting hard-to-fill engineering and finance roles, building managed offshore finance teams, and supporting newly established WFOEs through their first year of operation.
