Absolutely do not hire this business. I hired Amber in Nov 2022 to do a refresh on our website and logo. Things started well, but took a quick turn downhill. What work she did produce needed a tremendous amount of editing and reworking. We had a deadline of completion of March 2023, and when that deadline came - we received nothing from Amber. No work, no communication. Nothing. We called, emailed, and still no response. I finally booked a meeting with her through her online calendar so we could at least talk, and when we met, she told us she had experienced "executive overload" and was too overwhelmed to do work. Not professional.Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, we established a new timeline for project completion with the commitment of open communication moving forward. Unfortunately, none of that happened. She missed more deadlines and did not communicate anything to us about why or when she would be getting the project completed. We were forced to abandon ship in May 2023, 6 months after we had hired her and 3 months past the project deadline. When we asked Amber to uphold the "100% customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back" policy she has clearly listed on her website, all we heard was a bunch of double talk about how that policy doesn't apply to our contract. FYI there is no language in our contract that would exclude us from that policy. She became passive aggressive in her communication and that has no place in this world, let alone business.Now we are out $875 and lost a lot of time trying to get Amber to do the job she was contracted for. So, if you are looking for a lot of headaches and frustration with no work being produced, this is the business for you. If not, keep looking. If I could post zero stars I would. "

Yessss!!! Amber created a logo for me that is literally EXACTLY what I didn't even know I wanted. I had a rough idea in mind, but she asked me in depth questions about what my vision was in order to truly get a feel for the direction and personality of my up and coming LLC. The result was perfect! I would have never thought about the fact that it's all fine and dandy to create a cute little logo for yourself, but is that logo going to visually portray the concept of your business in order to appeal to the target audience you're trying to reach? Is it subtly catchy and memorable? Honestly, if you're looking to create a brand for yourself, I highly recommend connecting with Amber.
