We hired this company for a cyber security test of our systems. The initial demonstration of their quality of work and recruitment of ethical hacking talent was impressive. Once the work began and fees paid, the quality of work was very poor. Things flagged as highly criticality were taken back on their tester's error, items were removed without thought from the initial reports, PDF's were hard to read and we had to over specify what we needed. The team providing our service was poorly managed, and our feedback was sometimes met with an offensive attitude - some calls were very awkward on their own mistakes. Company also included us in emails that were not meant for us. We were very disappointed with the quality of work, and there was no remediation offered when we escalated. We do not recommend, unfortunately.Update: this review provided sufficient specific items for the company to correlate this review to the customer. 2 key engineers from the customer organization have done video feedback sessions which were recorded. Hope this review helps PacketLabs look in the mirror and raise their quality of work and internal organization. "
